2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Goal OS. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Goal OS may offer free and paid subscription options.
• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscription terms, pricing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• We do not handle billing directly and cannot issue refunds outside of Apple's policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App
• Interfere with the App's functionality, security, or availability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality within Goal OS are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
